Convenient location next to metro, easy access to attractions. Excellent and varied breakfast options for both meat eaters and vegetarians. No issues finding seating during breakfast. Swimming facilities could be improved. Hotel is well situated near tram and bus stations, as well as local sightseens. Standard breakfast, but staff provides lovely service. Free upgrade upon arrival. Unable to experience all hotel facilities due to short stay, but overall pleasant experience.

We loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the city center and the blue mosque area. We were also pleased with the quality of the service we received, from room service and car hire, to dry cleaning and bicycle hire. The staff were always available, and we were particularly impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the manager here. The facilities were top-notch, including the leisure spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. We were also impressed by the entertainment options provided, such as the public bath and the TV room.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for my business, with easy access to transportation to visit most of the city's sights and landmarks in the old city. It was also very close to the city center, convenient for exploring. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and nice rooms that were kept tidy daily. The staff were friendly and cute, making my stay more fun. The breakfast provided was delicious and a good start to the day.

As adventure travelers, we loved the comfortable extra wide beds, excellent hot water and shower pressure, and clean rooms. The swimming pool, steam room, sauna room, and Turkish bathroom all to ourselves were a fantastic bonus. The staff was wonderful and the hotel's location was brilliant. We also enjoyed the reasonably priced restaurant food, especially the chef's amazing Penne Arrabbiata.
Felt very well looked after, no reason to complain.

The upgraded suite was amazing, with clean and well-maintained rooms and bathrooms. The staff, especially Bayram Varsay, was lovely and attentive. The bed was extra comfy and the design of the room was elegant. Wide selection for breakfast and good value for money.
